GENERAL TERMS OF TREATMENT TREATMENT MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. LOGISTICS
For the transfer of parcels and documents through it shipping and processing system of MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. LOGISTICS, the sender agrees to the terms and conditions which referred to herein. No representative, agent or employee MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. LOGISTICS nor the sender has the right to modify or remove the stated terms and conditions.
Article 1. Each Receipt - Delivery of MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. LOGISTICS is form is non-negotiable and the consignor acknowledges that: supplemented by him or by MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. Article 2. The sender guarantees that:

Article 3. MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. Article 4. MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. LOGISTICS is entitled to withhold or not deliver any item he carries in order to secure the cost resulting from the transfer (freight-freight, any additional costs arising during the processing such as duties and taxes required in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, remuneration customs costs incurred in returning or storing them items, etc.) until repaid.
Article 5 MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. LOGISTICS handles shipments charged to recipient only within Greece and for the countries referred to in website of www.MIMIKOPOULOS A.E.courier.gr. In case of refusal payment of the fee by the recipient for any reason, the repayment of MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. LOGISTICS is undertaken by the sender.
Article 6 MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. LOGISTICS handles purchasing shipments, cash on delivery and transport and by non-registered (telephone-electronic etc) command. In these cases the principal has the rights and the obligations of the receipt - delivery receipt of MIMIKOPOULOS A.E., as a "sender". Article 7
a) The responsibility of MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. LOGISTICS for faulty provision of courier services to individual users (senders or recipients or principals who have no more specific contract and pay for their services in cash according to basic prices of the official price list of MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. LOGISTICS without discounts) is determined as follows:
i. For proven loss or total theft or total destruction of the contents of a file, under the responsibility of MIMIKOPOULOS A.E., which bears a definite shipping number, is paid minimum compensation 50 € and maximum compensation 70 € and its return postage for that shipment.
ii. For proven loss or total theft or total destruction of the contents of the parcel under the responsibility of MIMIKOPOULOS A.E., a minimum compensation of € 100 and a maximum compensation of € 400 are paid refund of the postage paid for this Mission.
iv. For proven loss or total theft or total destruction of the contents of a file or parcel of declared value with responsibility of MIMIKOPOULOS A.E., compensation equal to the amount of the value is paid and the postage paid for this is refunded Mission.
v. vi. For proven partial loss or partial theft or partial destruction of envelope or parcel contents with declared value / insured under the responsibility of MIMIKOPOULOS A.E., is paid compensation equal to the fair value of the loss or theft; or disaster, and up to the amount of insured value and is reimbursed postage paid for this shipment.
vii. If a parcel or postal item courier is returned and the reason for its non-performance is unknown under the responsibility of MIMIKOPOULOS A.E., or not delivered under the responsibility of MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. and returned the sender is entitled to request the reimbursement of postage.
viii. For proven performance delay courier items, in addition to certain per delivery time service, compensation equal to € 6 is paid for each day of delay and in case the delay exceeds five times the agreed delivery time, an additional refund postage paid for the consignment in question, with provided that the total amount of compensation does not exceed € 100.
ix. Compensation for non-pecuniary damage is included in aforementioned amounts, while the resulting loss of profit does not is compensated.

The above limitation of compensation with flat-rate compensation covers every requirement of the user resulting from the provision of postal services, or from a contract or by tort, and does not apply if the breach of contract liability or tort is reduced to fraud by the provider postal services or persons acting on its behalf.
b) The responsibility of MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. LOGISTICS for faulty provision of courier services to service users with whom they have been or are being concluded - in the form of an individual contract - contracts / agreements for the handling of a large number of postal items objects and / or for the provision of postal services for long periods intervals and at which discounts on basic prices are provided of the official price list of MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. (*) Real value means:
• for documents the cost of preparing, replacing, reproducing, or rewriting them.
• for items the cost of repair, replacement or purchase of them, as evidenced by the submitted documents, (in the condition it was at the time of receipt), received of the above each time of lesser value. THE ABOVE APPLY FOR SHIPPING WITH DECLARED VALUE WHEN THEY ARE NOT INSURED. THE MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. LOGISTICS is only liable up to amounts defined above and in no case bears responsibility for any type of loss or damage (including indicative of any kind positive or negative losses, lost profits), even if the risk of such loss or damage was brought to MIMIKOPOULOS 'attention A.E. LOGISTICS before or after accepting the shipment. Any requirements of the sender or third parties are limited to a single claim for compensation per shipment and up to the amount expressly specified above, its settlement which is a complete and final settlement for any loss or damage to relation to the mission.The sender unreservedly accepts the above defined amounts of compensation and declares that he waives any additional claim against MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. LOGISTICS for each positive or negative loss or lost profit for any reason come from. MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. can not know the content of shipments. Article 8. In if the sender wishes, the processing of his shipments is covered by insurance coverage through the insurance company that cooperates with MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. LOGISTICS with premium charge as following:

Σε περίπτωση απώλειας, κλοπής ή καταστροφής μεταφερόμενων αντικειμένων, των οποίων η αξία ξεπερνά τα ποσά που ορίζονται κατά περίπτωση ανωτέρω υπό 7 α & β, αξίωση αποζημίωσης για το επιπλέον αυτό ποσό γεννάται μόνο στην περίπτωση που το μεταφερόμενο αντικείμενο είναι δηλωμένης αξίας και ασφαλισμένο για την αξία αυτή και υπό προϋπόθεση ότι το πρόσθετο κόστος ασφάλισης (ασφάλιστρο) της αποστολής έχει καταβληθεί εμπροθέσμως στην ΜΙΜΗΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ A.E.. Ρητά συμφωνείται ότι σε περίπτωση που o Εντολέας ή ο Αποστολέας ή τρίτος προβεί στην ασφάλιση των μεταφερόμενων με την ΜΙΜΗΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ A.E. αντικειμένων και σε άλλη ασφαλιστική εταιρεία της δικής του επιλογής (πέραν δηλαδή της ασφαλιστικής κάλυψης που του παρέχει η ΜΙΜΗΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ A.E. σύμφωνα με τα αναφερόμενα στο άρθρο 7 (α & β)) η ευθύνη της ΜΙΜΗΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ A.E. συνολικά έναντι της εκάστοτε ασφαλιστικής εταιρείας καθώς και οιουδήποτε άλλου τρίτου δεν θα υπερβαίνει τα ποσά που ρητά αναφέρονται στο ανωτέρω άρθρο 7 (α & β). Αυτόδηλο τυγχάνει ότι απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για την καταβολή από την ΜΙΜΗΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ A.E. οποιουδήποτε ποσού αποζημίωσης είναι η με αποδεδειγμένη ευθύνη της ΜΙΜΗΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ A.E., καταστροφή, απώλεια ή κλοπή του αντικειμένου. Σε περίπτωση ασφάλισης των μεταφερομένων ειδών σε ασφαλιστική εταιρία ή με ασφαλιστήριο συμβόλαιο επιλογής του Εντολέα ή του Αποστολέα ή τρίτου αυτός δηλώνει και εγγυάται στην ΜΙΜΗΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ A.E. ότι στην ασφάλιση έχει περιληφθεί ο όρος παραίτησης του αναγωγικού δικαιώματος της ασφαλιστικής εταιρίας κατά του μεταφορέα, είναι δε υπεύθυνος έναντι της ΜΙΜΗΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ A.E. για κάθε ζημιά που τυχόν υποστεί από τη μη αναγραφή του ανωτέρου όρου στην ασφαλιστική κάλυψη.
Article 9. Η ΜΙΜΗΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ A.E. καταβάλλει κάθε προσπάθεια και προβαίνει σε κάθε ενέργεια για να πετύχει ταχύτατη παράδοση σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα λειτουργίας της, και τους χρόνους παράδοσης που αναγράφονται στην ιστοσελίδα www.mimikopoulos.gr και στους ισχύοντες τιμοκαταλόγους και προσφορές της ΜΙΜΗΚΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ A.E., αλλά δεν ευθύνεται για οποιαδήποτε ζημία ή απώλεια που προκαλείται από τυχόν καθυστερήσεις παράδοσης των αποστολών πέραν των ορίων που ορίζονται στην υπ΄ αριθμ. 688/52 απόφαση της ΕΕΤΤ (ΦΕΚ 1412/10-06-13) σε περίπτωση αποδεδειγμένης, με υπαιτιότητά της, καθυστέρησης επίδοσης.

The sender accepts them unconditionally above defined compensation amounts and declares that he waives any additional claim against MIMIKOPOULOS A.E.for each positive or deposit loss or lost profit for any reason come from. Any different in terms of delivery times, understanding the customer or completing, observing or marking on him proof of receipt of delivery or on shipment is not valid and is done at his own risk. But in no case is he responsible for delay in receipt, transfer or delivery of any consignment or for any loss, positive or negative loss or lost profit, loss, poor delivery or non-delivery due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances causes, such as:
a) Due to unexpected events beyond objectively human potential (accident, adverse weather conditions, transport delays, strikes, etc.).
b) Due to an act of omission or incorrect instructions consignor or consignee or a third party with an interest in specific mission.
c) Due to the content of the shipment in which special damage, alteration or destruction may occur.
MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. bears no responsibility for compensation of the sender / recipient / principal / customer / user for any shipment and for any reason if they have not paid any financial obligation they may have to MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. on the basis of the agreement between them, including insurance premiums. MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. is entitled to offset any debts of the recipient of compensation with amounts compensation.
Article 10. Each claim must be raised by the beneficiary and served in writing on headquarters of MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. or at its nearest agency within six (6) months from the date of receipt of the shipment by MIMIKOPOULOS A.E.
Article 11. THE MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. does not undertake processing and transportation postal items when it is against the law or concerns items which are prohibited or restricted by the international association Air Transport (IATA), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and any other relevant public authority or body, or affiliated prohibited articles for transport as referred to in MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. website of MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. Article 12. Article 14. In in case the receipt or delivery of the shipment is made using of the device (PDA) to receive the receiving data (s) and delivery or alternatively to a third computer system (computer, multipurpose touch screen, etc.) with use of a special security code (PIN), the electronic signature (sender or recipient) on the PDA or use the security code (PIN) place of signature of this.
Article 15. In in case of any disagreement between MIMIKOPOULOS A.E. and of the user are the sole jurisdiction of its Courts Thessaloniki.
